Registration and Login
- Why do I have to Register with an account with MembershipToolkit?
Membership Toolkit is the service that empowers us to make purchases, complete paperwork, and coordinate our volunteer efforts —all online. The goal is to save time, and work together more smoothly! Without registering for an account, you will not be able to have access to may services that the PES PTA provides for our PES families, including:- Sign-up to receive important communications like the PTA Update
- Have your family information included in the PES PTA Directory
- Volunteer
- Donate
- Purchase Spirit Wear
- Access the online directory and app (for PTA members only)
- Access to content website pages just for our families and members
- I can't remember if I have an account or what email address I used for my account.
We all realize how hard it is to remember all the websites that we've been asked to register on. If you can't remember if you have an account on the PES PTA website or what email address you used, please email us at peeblespta@gmail.com, and we can look it up for you.
- I can't remember my Password.

Membership & Accessing Content on the PFA Website
- Why do I have to Login each year to Update my Family Information?
The MembershipToolkit system requires that users login and Update their Family Information and Directory Publish preferences each year to insure that we have current information. Your information can then be used by us in the PES PTA Directory, Weekly Update email lists, and other important programs provided by the PTA each year.
- I can't access the PES PTA Directory?
One of the great features that being a PAID PTA Member provides is having access to the PES PTA Directory. If you have not purchased your PTA Membership for the current school year, you will not have access to the Directory.
Each year, we encourage all families to join the PES PTA. Your membership fee helps us do so much for PES and helps us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of the budget.
- I can't open the After School Program Class List?
Access to the After School Program Class List requires that you be a registered user and that you be logged in. If you aren't a MembershipToolkit registered user yet, registering for an account is very easy and only takes a few minutes.
- I registered for an account. Does that make me a PTA Member?
No. Having an account on the PES PTA Website / MembershipToolkit is not the same as joining the PTA. Joining the PTA and paying for membership helps us do so much for PES and helps us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of the budget.
- I can't attend PTA Meetings or Volunteer, why should I join the PTA?
Our School Needs Your Membership...Each year, we encourage all families to join the PES PTA. Your membership fee helps us do so much for PES and helps us meet our school's needs that are outside the scope of the budget.
Did you know the PES PTA funds in-school assemblies, transportation for field trips and equipment for recess? Our PTA really makes a difference throughout the year! By joining you also support popular PTA programs such as Traveling Art Gallery. Your membership also provides you with access to the PTA Online Directory, early After School Program Registration and other perks throughout the year.
- How is my Membership Fee used?
The PES PTA funds in-school assemblies, transportation for field trips and equipment for recess? Our PTA really makes a difference throughout the year! PTA Store Orders
- I never received my Order Confirmation?
After placing any order on the PES PTA Website, you should receive an Order Confirmation from both the PTA and from Paypal. If you did not receive a confirmation or have lost it, please contact us at peeblespta@gmail.com. We will be happy to look up your order to insure than it was processed correctly.
- Do I have to have a Paypal Account?
Yes. All online orders processed through the PTA Website require a LumaPay Account. Each online transaction will include a $1.50 fee. You may also write a check made out to Peebles PTA (which does not include the $1.50 fee.) A $10 fee will be charged for any returned check.
